In this phase of the planning process, we'll explore all the data collected and researched and use it to develop the foundation of the plan, and statistical and historical data, connectivity, analyze the needs assessments, benchmark comparisons, review best of practices.


Explore How it All Fits Together


The process of exploring all the data includes, but is not limited to:

  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data collected from survey, focus groups, stakeholder meetings, workshops, etc.

  • Assessing and prioritizing the Needs Assessment Survey data

  • Reviewing our strengths, weakness, opportunities

  • Assessing where we are relative to the 2009 master plan update

  • Merging stand-alone plans, i.e. Urban Forest Master Plan, Outdoor Sign Plan, Integrated Pest Management Plan, and Cemetery Improvement Plan
